Using Index
Index is a free personal movie diary for people aged 13 and older in supported countries. Use your own authorized account and review the film identity and watch details before saving them. No purchases, payments, ticket sales, streaming service or Letterboxd integration are provided.
Your account and records
Keep your account credentials secure. Do not access another person’s records, bypass access controls, disrupt the service or submit unlawful content. You can correct entries and restore recoverably deleted entries. Delete is not permanent erasure. Contact support from your sign-in email to request a copy of your diary or permanent account deletion; the privacy policy explains verification and retention.
Movie information and artwork
Film information and artwork come from third parties and may be unavailable, incomplete or incorrect. Check the linked sources when accuracy matters. Posters are shown when matching reusable artwork can be verified, with attribution where available. Using Index does not transfer rights in third-party metadata or artwork.
Availability and changes
Features and availability may change, and interruptions may occur. Access may be restricted to address misuse or security problems. Keep your own copy of information you need; you can request a diary copy through support. If you stop using Index, you may request account deletion. Changes to these terms will be published here with an updated effective date.
