Getting help
For film lookup problems, include the title, year and Wikipedia source link. For diary problems, describe what you tried and what happened. Share only information needed to resolve the issue. Never send passwords, login codes or access tokens.
Correct, export or erase your data
You can edit saved entries and restore entries from Recently deleted. Delete is recoverable and does not permanently erase stored records. To request a copy of your diary or permanent deletion of your account and diary, contact the support address from your sign-in email. We verify that the request belongs to the account before providing data or erasing it. Signing out or disconnecting a plugin does not erase the diary.
